Ingredients
- Wheat Flour
- Ghee
- Salt
- 1 egg
- salt
- tomatoes
- green chilli
- onion
- coriander leaves
- 1 pinch of red chilli powder

Method
- Turn on the flame and keep the pan and heat it
- Roll the kneaded wheat flour, apply some ghee and sprinkle some salt and some flour and roll it.
-Roll it again into a flat surface now roast it on the pan flip it over and apply ghee to both the sides
- In a bowl add a beaten egg, salt, tomatoes, green chilli, onion, coriander leaves and red chlli powder
- Prick the paratha and pour the egg over the paratha and cover it once cooked from sides flip it over.

Egg Paratha is ready to be served!
